Using the nationally accredited system Encore from CRC Sustainable
Tourism, Smart Events leads the way, providing the most prolific
regional events evaluation service in the State.
Our Event Evaluation
service provides comprehensive results designed to assist event

Demonstrate the benefits of events to
the host community.
Provide a mechanism for continuous improvement
of events.

of grant acquittal and assessment.
Measure the impact and effectiveness of
event grants.
Assist event holders to satisfy the requirements
of sponsors and major stakeholders.
Assess marketing strategies for event
organisers.
Improve resources through better event
management.
Event evaluation is vital to the success and profile of events
of all sizes. The Smart Events evaluation service provides a comprehensive
report including demographic, marketing and visitor satisfaction
data.

positive and the service is rapidly becoming an essential component
of successful event planning in WA.

The Smart Event's Event Evaluation project receives support from
State government bodies including, EventsCorp and South West Development
